Sunday, April 22nd- FREE Yoga Class

We are thrilled to announce that we are bringing yoga back!

Want to learn how the practice of yoga can help bring alignment & presence into the body? Want to stretch, breathe, and give your body some lovin’? Interested in learning more about the yoga practice and how to integrate it into a healthy lifestyle?

If so, please join us for our monthly yoga class on Sunday, April 22nd, at 4:30pm!

Each member may bring one guest (guests do not need to have a medical cannabis card). These classes are B.Y.O.M. – Please bring your own mat. (we have a few extras if you forget). Expect to spend about an hour enjoying a series of relaxing poses and soothing music right here at Om in our Member Lounge. Spaces are limited, so please remember to R.S.V.P by emailing us at, or in person during your next visit. FYI: Classes will be held on the 2nd to LAST Sunday of each month at 4:30pm.

Meet your teacher: Abby Dawson!

~Abby Dawson is a certified yoga teacher, multidisciplinary artist, and traveling outdoor enthusiast. She thrives on bringing creativity into all facets of life, forming community connections, and spreading self-empowerment. Approaching alignment in a heart-centered way, Abby works with many populations including beginners, those with cognitive disabilities and physical limitations, and intermediate/advanced yogis alike.~
