Membership

Om of Medicine is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting registered medical cannabis patients and caregivers obtain medication in a safe, professional and comforting environment.

To be a member at our location you must have a State Approved Patient Card, State Approved Caregiver Card or the appropriate paperwork. Until your card arrives you should keep your paperwork with you for this acts as your card until you receive it. These documents include: your driver’s license/state ID, physician’s certification, state application, payment method & certified mail receipt.  When the 21 day period has passed since your paperwork has been processed by the state you will be able to become a member of our facility and have access to your medication.

In order to expedite your first visit, e-mail a copy of these three items to info@omofmedicine.org :

  • Michigan Drivers License or State ID
  • Michigan Medical Marihuana card
  • Completed version of our Member Application, which can be found here : Member Application

Upon your first arrival, you will be “checked in” right away and avoid doing paperwork, for a quick and easy introduction to our facility.

$1.00 membership donation goes directly to Food Gatherers
