November Comedy Show!
Our FREE comedy show returns Saturday, November 1st, with Dustin Meadows and Adam Hirzel!
Members may bring one non-member with them, but please RSVP as spaces are limited! Remember—laughter is the second best medicine! Doors open at 8:30 with the show beginning at 9pm.
Dustin Meadows is good-looking, he’s just not that smart. Proud to call the Midwest his home, Dustin’s experiences growing up in Ohio have shaped him into a reluctantly good-hearted misanthrope who loves pizza and whiskey. Unafraid of getting personal, Dustin’s material ranges from serious issues like growing up with clinical depression and finding the upside of loneliness to the absolutely absurd notion that maybe he’s just the world’s worst werewolf.
Adam Hirzel’s act can be described as “traditional stand-up comedy wrapped in alternative views and observations as seen through the eyes of a self-professed weird, white, and awkward suburban man-child,”….mostly because he wrote it. A regular in the Detroit comedy scene, Adam has performed stand-up in Chicago, Minneapolis, Ohio, and all over Michigan. He is a two-time finalist in the Joey’s Comedy Club Comedy and Laff Tracks Comedy Club Competitions. He performed in the ‘LaughFest’ Comedy Festival in Grand Rapids the last two years running and also studied and performed improv at Second City Chicago, Go Comedy in Ferndale, MI and Planet Ant Theatre of Hamtramck, MI.
