Cannabis & Cancer: Medical Applications and Research
- Date: –
FREE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP AT THE CANCER SUPPORT COMMUNITY!
Panel Discussion featuring the Om of Medicine’s Evan Litinas, MD, Lisa Conine, and Brianna Worthing
Medical cannabis helps many people with cancer manage symptoms and side effects, but as a relatively new option here in Michigan, patients often feel uninformed and may experience stigma, misconceptions about legality, or fear in approaching their doctor about medical cannabis.
Join us for an honest discussion featuring expert panelists from the Om of Medicine, a licensed medical cannabis provisioning center. Panelists will discuss medical applications, research, barriers and access to medical cannabis, and will leave plenty of time to get your questions answered in a safe, comfortable environment.
This free event is open to the community—registration is required. To register, please visit www.cancersupportannarbor.org/education, or call 734-975-2500.
Can’t make it in person? A live webinar option is available. Register at: www.cancersupportannarbor.org/webinar.
