To close out our month of celebratory events in honor of Om’s 10th Anniversary, we’re hosting a special Om Comedy Show!

Join us live on Facebook or YouTube on Friday, July 31st at 9pm!

The event will feature three hilarious comedians - Jacob Barr, Connor Mead, and Ricarlo Winston, and be emceed by Shelly Smith.

Jacob Barr has been performing on stages across the Midwest since late 2015! Jacob was born with a disability that gives him a unique perspective on what means to grow up “not normal”. Jacob has worked with the likes of Chris Kattan, Tim Meadows, Chris Gethard.

From the moment Connor Meade entered the Detroit comedy scene she has effortlessly captivated audiences with her curvy jokes. Week after week the midwest has come to count on her to twist our daily experience into punchlines that take aim at everyone from cops to birds. While developing her hard hitting jokes she has quietly become one of Detroit’s up-and-coming producers through her work with the Independent Comedy Club and other local outfits, and flooded the local scene with stage time and unparalleled curatorial power. Book her for guaranteed laughs and cutting edge commentary that will keep crowds rolling.

Ricarlo Winston is a self described blerd (black nerd) with a heart of gold and quick wit. He has entertained audiences all over Michigan and the midwest with his unique brand of comedy. Ricarlo’s comedy has been described as relatable, playful and fun. He weaves stories of his unique childhood growing up in Muskegon Michigan from having old parents to dealing with thieving cousins. His show is truly a journey of his life he touches on topics from having no idea how to raise his kids to trying to navigate life in the digital age. Ricarlo is a comedian for every member of the family!
